Life Is Good

This past Sunday, April 3rd, 2022 we had this very recording session scheduled to take place in my school bus home in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The sun was shining, the wind was a whisper, it was a perfect Sunday afternoon on the farm to record these 10 tracks in just around 5 hours. Nine original tunes and one old-time song "Lil maggie" with some modified lyrics. We used a configurment of two different microphones, one for the Devin's banjo & Clyde's mandolin to share, and one for Danny's guitar & vocals to share. Dave's upright bass was directed in to the sound board. Each song was recorded all acoustic, in real time, with no click-tracking or muilti-tracking. 

     After a successful session of recording, we all stood outside the bus and set up a cell phone to capture a photo for the album cover. The photo used is a screen-capture of a goofy video we took playing, Little Maggie, with the audience of our band rooster, Charlie, to capture the perfect moment. 

....I really begin to think, Life is Good!
